Ken Roczen now has one race lead to the title
With many of the top players on the mend, Team RCH rider Ken Roczen continues to stretch his point lean en route to possibly claiming his second AMA Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. Kawasaki’s Eli Tomac is the only rider really close to KR’s level and we had hopped for him win a moto or two at Red Budd but it was not in the cards, although he did go 2-2 for the day despite stalling his bike.
In the 250 class Cooper Web is back in the point lead and proved he is one fast dude on a cycle at the Budd.

Supermoto Takes to the streets in Sturgis SD
The latest round of the AMA Supermoto Pro series took place in the famous bike town of Sturgis South Dakota while runing through the streets and past the popular watering holes. The series has been dominated by California’s Gage McAllister and the kid did not disappoint anyone in Sturgis. The two riders that can possibly hang with GM, Dustin Hoffman and Tyler O’Hara, did a decent job in moto one but still came up short. In moto two the two collected themselves on the fist lap and it left the door wide open for an easy second moto win by McAllister.
The 250 class changed point leaders following Sturgis with Josh Jackson taking the red plate home with his main event win. Cameron Welsh, won the previous round yet now trails jackson by a handful of points.
