When it comes to the new KX450, PC has probably had more time developing this Ti-6 exhaust than any other manufacturer during the 2023 MXGP season with Romain Febvre aboard. This new system is full titanium, and the rear section is just under 1 pound lighter than the stock system. (We have not gotten a chance to weigh the header as of yet.) With the stock system so restrictive, the all-new PC system is set to improve performance across the board with impressive boost. It bolts right up and is suspended on a rubber mount out back. It comes equipped with a USFS spark arrestor and will meet AMA amateur sound requirements.

For AMA Pro racers, PC also offers a system to meet AMA Pro sound requirements. Other cool features include a Carbon Fiber end cap, RC-4 Resonance Chamber for noise output, machined aluminum bracket for strength, machined mid-pipe joint for better sealing, and, best of all, it’s made in the great US of A. The only downfall is the price since titanium costs have gone through the roof as of late. $1,396.95 for this piece of performance art. PC also offers this system (T-6) in stainless for $1089.95. We have yet to test this new system but have heard good things so far.
