My 2014 KTM 350EXC did not have a fan standard like my 500EXC did and it was always loosing coolant in the tight and technical sections. The TT kit took about 30 minutes to install on the 350. I had to use the supplied wiring to run it straight to the battery since there was not a plug on the stock wiring harness, which means it runs all the time the bike is hotter than the setting I chose, even with the key off. 180-degrees was good for being preventative and never taxed my battery. Since having the fan the 350, the engine takes a lot of clutch abuse to get the bike to boil. And now when I stop and give it a chance to cool, it actually does.
