All New Beta E-Bike: The MiniCross E!

Beta has been making big strides lately in the US market with the addition of the 125 RR to their 2018 lineup and now coming out with a new model focused on the youth of the sport. With the all new MiniCross E, Beta is offering an easy to ride off-road motorcycle focused towards new riders just starting out to ride. With a confidence boosting power delivery, the bike is aimed towards recreational riding while still having the appearance of a race bike. Even more important than its looks are the hydraulic disc brakes, modern suspension components, and the high performance electric motor. Yes, Beta is also now in the electric game.

Likewise, it features an aluminum swingarm, 33mm inverted hydraulic fork, and an adjustable air and spring rear shock. The target rider age for the MiniCross E is kids aged 7-11 years old. The lightweight 94.5lb, environmental friendly bike can be ridden just about anywhere including the backyard with no noise emissions. The bike will be in dealers in November for $1,799 and an extra battery pack is included. Could this be the challenger to the ultimate beginner kids bike, the PW50? DBT will try to find out soon!
